HISTORY
Mobile SMART repairs have been used in the UK for the last 20 years and although the main customer base for our money saving SMART repair techniques has always been the motor trade (Main Dealers, Body shops, Insurance Companies and Fleet/Rental Companies) we are now finding that more and more private customers are realising the benefits that our service can offer.
PAINT & TRIM has been established since 2001 and is an independent small cosmetic car care business, as opposed to a franchise; this enables us to keep our prices very competitive while offering outstanding service.
AIMS
Our aim is to provide you, the customer with the best mobile repair service available to minor cosmetic car bodywork and interior trim damage.
Our services are; cost effective and convenient, therefore saving you time and money.
If we cannot undertake the job, advice will be given as to the best course of action.
In today’s driving conditions minor vehicle damage like dents, scuffs and scratches to panels, bumpers, wheel arches and alloy wheels is almost a certainty. For most people the vehicle represents a considerable investment. By maintaining its condition one is also maintaining its value. We all know how a small scratch, scuff or dent can affect both the value and the appearance of your pride and joy. We aim to help you maintain the value of your vehicle by maintaining its appearance and protecting against deterioration.
SERVICES
For your convenience we operate a fully mobile repair service, we come to your home, workplace or other location of your choice. All we need is access to a domestic electricity supply and a safe area, off the road to work in.
Unlike most body shops, we limit the repair to the damaged area only and not the complete panel. The restored repair area is virtually undetectable from the original factory paint finish and is completed in hours rather than days therefore saving you time and money!

ENVIRONMENT
We aim to repair as opposed to replace thus benefiting both the environment and you the customer
Paint & Trim use the latest Lechler water based paints which are environmentally friendly compared to older solvent based paints. We have been switched over to this process since May 2006.
Unlike most body shops, we limit the repair to the damaged area only and not the complete panel, thereby reducing material usage and environmental pollution.
