  • Q. Are quotes free?
  • A. Yes we offer a free no obligation quote at a time and place convenient to you. Written estimates are charged at £10.  Back to top
  • Q. Will you come to my place of work?
  • A. We can undertake the repair either at your home or place of work. All we need is access to a domestic 240 v power supply and safe area to work on your vehicle. Back to top
  • Q. What area do you cover?
  • A. We cover Leicestershire, south Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire, parts of Northamptonshire and Warwickshire. Please contact us if you are unsure. Back to top
  • Q. Can you do the repair in all weather conditions?
  • A. We can certainly do the repair in most dry conditions. Unfortunately we will not do a repair in the rain, snow or heavy winds. Back to top
  • Q. Can you match the colour of my vehicle?
  • A. We have the ability to match over 50,000 colours covering 99% of manufacturers. Back to top
  • Q. Do you provide a guarantee?
  • A. If you are not happy with the repair we do not charge. We will not take on a repair unless we are sure it can be done to an acceptable standard. All repairs with the exception of rust repairs are guaranteed for however long you own the vehicle. Back to top
  • Q. How do I pay?
  • A. Payment by cheque or cash is required on satisfactory completion of the repair. Unfortunately we are not able to take payments by credit or debit card at this time. Back to top
  • Q. Can I get a quote over the phone?
  • A. For the most accurate quote ideally we would need to see the vehicle. In some instances we can quote over the phone but the quote will be subject to confirmation on arrival if you book us to carry out the repair. Back to top
  • Q. Does the repair affect my insurance premium?
  • A. For most people the cost of the repair will be lower than your insurance excess, therefore the cost of next year’s premium will not be affected. Back to top
